Lodging Policies

U.S. Grant Guest House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, less a $35 processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook the room, a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high-impact periods, holidays, and special events.

A 14-day cancellation notice is required for whole house bookings and certain holidays or special events.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in hours, please call in advance to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Please call for assistance with recommendations for local pet boarding services.



Gift Certificate Policies

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license.

Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining balance may be used at a later date before the expiration date.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
